If bad more than million peoples die for that reason. 

Scientist thinking that ocean water temperature goes up 3 to 4 degrees causes surface water raises and flows from east of Pacific to west. and there causes water evaporator and a circular motion from east to west and west to east. This is very alarming condition going on and causes high impact to climate change. So we should prepare for it stock foods and other necessities of life in close.

Why it happen? 

It may be cause that huge amount of nuclear particles flows in ocean by experimental of nuclear bomb explosion, a lot of oil tankers sink and burn in ocean,and we pollute our sea dumping chemicals and poly bags. One thing we know one nuclear particle make more that 10000 times heat then any normal particle do, staying decay takes 100 years.

Can we measure how much pollute our sea last 20-25 years back. It was tremendous then  last 100 years. 

So time has come that we should careful our ocean, air,water. and land to protect that will help future to live and life on earth.

Whatever the peoples have their rights to get job, business, socially and securely living issue and the country leader would have to provide them  solemnly and honesty. Now looking in the world the things going on change.

On other way if the population of 1 million looses job the balance of financial health of country as well as peoples money not to come to market causes seriously financial and economic disaster occured.It takes 10 to 20 years even more to come back. So countdown economic conditions makes hard to live in country.

   Why brilliant students come to study schools and colleges, it's not only make career oneself but also  make the country reach out the best possible standard and prosperity.  One thing we come to know, THAT every country in this world need to measure about the natural disaster. like Japan need to measure earthquakes, turkey need also earthquakes and so many others.likely    in USA, IN JULY ON 2025, there is a Hugh disaster about flooding in Texas. More then 160 peoples dead and more then 100 missing. The real cause of that the hugh amount of rainfall happened in there.On the river GUADALUPE river the water raise about 20-30 feet above drowned all the area surroundings causing hugh losses of life and live stocks. 

 Only protects of these kinds of sudden disaster from over rainfall is to dredging the river. on the point of view i can say that we have first draw a line of flow of the river that should be actual path not to cause over flood. next point to point locate the dredge point and to deep according to the path. while on the way  any obstacle like bridge found the next flow of water more deep next to bridge point.

If we see the flow count of the flood water we see the bridge is one obstacle and more flood depleted there.

Another if we go count and research on the river erosion last 10 years of the Guadalupe river , we will find the real depth of river.

So, we need more research on river erosion and average depth of river and flow continuity  of all the danger river that cause natural disaster on USA.
